Returns Policy

We take care to ensure that all items leave my studio in great condition, but if you have unfortunately received a faulty or defective item, please reach out to me via the "Contact Us" information for a 100% money back guarantee.

Shipping

Purchases will be delivered by Australia Post. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 7 days. International orders may take up to 21 days. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post and Madbagss is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.

Care Instructions

Most bags are a combination of cotton canvas and leather. The bags, particularly the lighter coloured patterns would be best if they received a coating of a fabric seal such as "Scotchguard" to give it more protection from grime. Furthermore fabrics can be spot cleaned with a pure soap but avoid water near the leather. The worst that can happen will be the leather may form a water mark.
