Who made your bag?
My name is Maddy and I loved making your bag! I design and make every Madbag right here in Melbourne.
With a background in fashion design, I bring a trained eye for form, function, and detail into every piece I create. What started as a love of textiles and making has grown into a collection of bags designed to be used, loved, and made to last.
I’m drawn to bold prints, beautiful materials, and thoughtful construction — the kind of details that make something feel special every time you reach for it.
Each bag is handmade in small batches using ethically sourced materials, with a focus on quality and minimal waste. No mass production, no excess — just carefully made pieces designed to last.
I believe the things we use every day should feel good, work well, and reflect who we are. That’s what I aim to create with every Madbag.

I'm really impressed with my new Madbagss bag! From the moment it arrived, the experience was great - it was nicely wrapped, which made it feel like a real treat to unbox.
The wildflower design is what drew me in - so many bags are just plain and boring, so it was refreshing to find something this pretty. It absolutely lives up to how it looks in the photos.
The quality is immediately noticeable too. The zips feel incredibly sturdy, and the materials have a premium feel that gives me confidence it will last. The bag has three sections - a front zip pocket, a zip inside the main compartment, and the main compartment itself - so there's a generous amount of well-organised space for everything you need. Highly recommend!

I love my bag- it's a treat to use it, and I make sure I'm wearing someting that shows up the handbag. It's beautifully made and well designed to take everything I need. The fabric is really lovely - the yellow eucalyptus with grey-green foliage on a black background. And the light coloured lining makes things easy to see.
