Can I return my bag?
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it, unused and in perfect condition, of course. You can choose another style or receive a refund.
Are the bags Australian made?
Every bag is made by me from design to production. They are all made in my Melbourne Studio which you are welcome to visit!
How long does it take for you to make a bag?
I cut and make the bags in batches, say 4-8 at a time. They are then sewn over a day or 2. This depends on the style and the components which make up the bag.
Do you use genuine leather?
Yes they are and I use cow hide.
